    I.Can I keep my current booking app while I switch?

    Yes. We bring your existing appointments over as real bookings, so nothing is double-booked and your clients never notice the move.

    II.Who sees the waitlist offers before they go out?

    You do. When a spot opens, you're alerted first by email and text, and you approve before any client gets the offer.

    III.Will my personal calendar get cluttered?

    No. Your personal events can block your availability without client appointments ever landing on your personal calendar.

    IV.Do I need deposits or card-on-file?

    Only if you want them. Many studios at the top of the market skip deposits entirely. Atelier works either way. [Payment processors supported.]

    V.Can Atelier run my social media?

    Yes, if you want it. We create posts in your studio’s look and voice and publish them to your accounts on a regular schedule. You can see every post before it goes out and stop any of them. It’s optional: some studios only want the client system.

    VI.Is there a contract?

    Terms are set during your private consultation, together with pricing, so they fit how your studio works.
